My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your pace. I follow an eclectic approach, drawing from CBT, REBT, trauma informed work, and deeper reflective practices, so therapy is shaped around you as an individual.I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and working professionals navigating pressure, transitions, relationships, and uncertainty.
