Hi, I’m Avani, a Counseling Psychologist and the founder of Inner Voyaage, a space created to help you feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your pace. I follow an eclectic approach, drawing from CBT, REBT, trauma informed work, and deeper reflective practices, so therapy is shaped around you as an individual.

I understand that reaching out isn’t always easy. Sometimes, you don’t have the words — just a quiet sense that something isn’t okay. And that’s where we begin.
In our sessions, you don’t have to have it all figured out. You can come exactly as you are — whether you feel overwhelmed, confused, or simply want to understand yourself better.
A Space to Feel, Heal & Grow
With over 10950+ hours of experience, I have been holding space for individuals to feel seen, heard, and understood offering consistent support as they navigate their emotions, at a pace that feels safe and right for them, free from judgment.
I do not believe in fixing you, because you are not broken. Instead, we gently explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns together so you can begin to show up in your life with more clarity, confidence, and emotional ease.
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and working professionals, especially those navigating pressure, transitions, relationships, and uncertainty. I also work closely with seafarers and individuals in high-pressure or isolating environments, where emotional wellbeing often goes unspoken and unsupported.
